Postage

For orders upto £10 a postage charge of £1.20 will be made. For and orders over £10 delivery is free. Orders will be sent by first class post. Orders in excess of £60 will be sent by Special Delivery which will require a signature.

I aim to post orders on the same day or first thing the following morning. Please note that larger orders posted on a Friday will be guaranteed for delivery on Monday, not Saturday.

Cancellation.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please email me as soon as possible as I usually dispatch the same day or first thing the morning after an order has been placed. If the goods have not already been dispatched I will issue a refund as soon as I recieve your email. If goods have already been sent then please return them to me in their original condition by registered post and I will issue the refund as soon as I receive them. Goods should be returned to me within 14 days.

Returns.

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If, however, for any reason this is not the case please email with your concerns and return your goods (via registered mail). Once I receive the returned goods in their original state I will arrange to refund your payment. My beads and jewellery are always well packaged. However in the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit please return them and let me know if you would prefer a replacement or refund. Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems. Returns should be made within 14 days.

Privacy Policy.

Your financial details will not be stored. None of your information will ever be shared with third parties.

Beads.

My beads are all kiln annealed and ,if treated carefully, should outlive me! However they are made of glass and if subjected to extreme shocks damage may occur. If you do crack or chip a bead then please dispose of it safely. If you would like a replacement I will do my best (for a charge) but it may not always be possible to repeat a particular design/colour.

Jewellery.

Items of jewellery will be guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase. If a repair is needed within this time please email me and then return the item by registered mail. A repair or replacement will be provided free of charge. Any repairs needed after three months will be done for a small charge plus postage. I will advise you of the charge before the repair is undertaken. 

Please note that for legal reasons earrings  wires can not be resold. If you do wish to return earrings a charge of £2 will be deducted from any refund.
