Organic Glass Bead Pair - SRA Lampwork Beads

This organic glass bead pair has been made from opaque ivory and dark silver plum, a glass which develops an unusual, slightly metallic purplish grey finish The glass has been decorated with raku frit and silvered ivory stringer. I have cut into the lower section to give the same sort of effect that is found on melon beads and glass has been treated in the flame to give a slightly aged appearance.

This is a lovely tapered shape but please note the top of the bead is more vulnerable than most to breakage so please take care not to drop them when working on your jewellery designs.

🔥SIZE:
These cones are approximately 30mm long and 12mm diameter at the widest point. They weigh approximately 4g per bead.
Made on 2mm mandrels.

All my beads are kiln annealed.

🔥Your beads will be made to order and will not be those shown in the photographs. Due to the handmade nature there may be slight variations in design.

If you like my work but don’t see exactly what you are looking for then feel free to get in touch. I can often change the colour or size of a bead design. Sometimes I can adapt a design to use on different shaped bead. If you see a set of bead which has sold then I may well be able to repeat it.

🔥PROCESSING TIME:
Your beads will generally be sent within a week but at very busy times this may extend to up to 2 weeks.

🔥 SHIPPING TIME:
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver the next working day although this is not guaranteed and can sometimes be 2-3 days.
US orders (other than Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) will be dispatched with Transglobal Express. Delivery within the USA is by USPS . This service is tracked and delivery should generally be within 10-11 days.
Other International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service and delivery times will vary according to country.
